Sales Executive, Avancar for Business

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts in many areas of town, in many types of industries.
  • Partner with and leverage local ABG and Avancar sales and marketing teams to develop new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account decision makers, sharing learnings for improved member experience with Avancar stakeholders.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate competition and market trends, and usage patterns of accounts. Share learnings with team and make recommendations for strategies to increase revenue of new and existing businesses.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and FY revenue targets through strategic sales approaches.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of strategic sales Account Management experience
  • 3-5 years of Sales experience selling services.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a fast-changing, high-growth start-up organization
  • Four year college degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Good communication skills, oral, written, listening and probing.
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
  • Assertive, driven, tenacious and results oriented
  • Experience working with a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce.
  • Local area knowledge preferred.
  • MS office proficiency and Internet skills required
  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English required.
